- Alleviate symptoms or signs of osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis)
Osteoarthritis : 200 mg once a day or 100 mg twice a day
Rheumatoid Arthritis : 100 or 200 mg twice a day
Ankylosing Spondylitis : 200 mg once a day as Celecoxib or 100 mg orally twice a day
Acute pain and Dysmenorrhea :
400 mg of priming dose followed by an additional 200 mg orally if needed
