- ◆ Dosage & Indication
- Treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus infection in adults Adults (aged 16 years or older) with active virus replication and a persistent elevation of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT or AST) or histologically active disease
• Administered orally on empty stomach (2 hours after meals or at least 2 hours before meals).
• 0.5 mg of Entecavir once ,daily.
Lamivudine-resistant patient, those who have experienced sustained proliferation of hepatitis B virus despite lamivudine treatment, or those who are 16 years of age or older with lamivudine resistivity variation : 1 mg once daily as entecavir, empty stomach
