- 1. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
2. Antibiotic combination therapy for Helicobacter pylori eradication
3. Short-term treatment of upper gastrointestinal symptoms (pain, discomfort, burning sensation) associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics (COX-2 non-selective, selective) administration
4. Patients who need continuous nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication
5. Treatment of the Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Treatment : 40mg / day / 4weeks
maintenance regimen : 50mg / day
